KREI signs an agreement with Hamyang-gun, LH and Seoha Elementary School

The Korea Rural Economic Institute signed the Framework Agreement for the Creation of Rural Utopia with Hamyang-gun of Gyeongsangnam-do, Korea Land Corporation (LH), and the Save the School Committee of Seoha Elementary School. The ceremony took place at Hamyang County Office on April 7th.  

Following the agreement, KREI will propose creative projects suitable for the characteristics of Hamyang-gun and provide advice based on its research expertise. Gyeongsangnam-do will prioritize KREI-proposed projects on its work list for the year and give full support for them. Hamyang-gun will help LH to build rental housing and clusters for the sixth industry. After the selection of projects, Hamyang-gun will put them into action. LH plans to construct rental housing to stabilize rural housing and create jobs.
