KREI Held Invitational Seminar on Behavioral Economics
The Korea Rural Economic Institute held a seminar on behavioral economics by inviting Seoul National University professor Choi Syngjoo on Feb. 27. The four-hour seminar, attended by about 60 people, dealt with “Understanding of Behavioral Economics” and “Case Studies of Behavioral Economics.” The seminar consisted of a presentation and discussion on various theories and cases related to the concept of behavioral economics, economic rationality, risk preference and time preference, prosocial behavior and so on.
