Hello everyone,

My name is Phan Ngoc Minh from Vietnam,

I am working as a researcher at National Institute of Agricultural Planning and Projection under Ministry of Agriculture and Rural development. Currently, I am pursuing Master’s degree program in Korea that was financed by KOICA.

First of all, I would like to thank you for giving me the opportunity to participate in the 2020 KAPEX online training program.

I was surprised and excited by the professors' engaging lectures as well as the application of advanced science and technology to agricultural production in Korea. Moreover, Korea has introduced policies suitable to production conditions such as mechanization policy, rural development policy, etc..

The things that I impressed the most was the rapid and miraculous change in the appearance of rural areas thanks to the rural development policies appropriate to each development period of Korea.

Although the training was held online, it helped me gain a wealth of knowledge and understood how to make an action plan in the future.

Finally, I would like to thank KREI for helping us complete the course and I hope to participate more in capacity enhancing training programs organized by the Korean government.
