Think of Ngan from Vietnam

I would like to say hello to my teachers, classmates, and silent support staff during my course in 2021.

     Love comes from Hanoi, Vietnam.

My name is Le Thuy Ngan, a researcher from the Center for Researchand Development of Agricultural Systems.

First, I am very happy and honored to pass the application round toregister for the study. I still remember the happy feeling when I received the acceptance notification. I am very proud to be one of 76 students selected to participate inthe "KAPEX Online Academy Training Program 2021" with partner countries including Vietnam to be implemented at the end of 2021.

Before studying there is a very memorable memory that I entered my email address by mistake. Then I emailed the teacher of KAPEX center andimmediately got help which is always professional. I am anxiously looking forward to the day I go to school. Until the school day, my biggest impression was the dedication of the teachers at exactly12 o'clock at night in Korea corresponding to 10 o'clock at night in Vietnam. I saw the post regularly posted every day. I understand that the teachers want us to enjoy the maximum study time and do the work to avoid the time zone difference affecting our studies. I am very touched by that.

In Vietnam, the time when the course starts are at the end of the year, we have a lot of work because the work is mainly concentrated at the end of the year. Indeed, it was quite stressful when I got home from work and took the time to study and watch clips of homework during the study.

However, I am also very grateful that this intense learning process has trained me to persevere, not to give up focusing on completing work and studying at the same time. This learning time is precious as it is the first time in my life that I have learned a wonderful course from Korea. This is the country I have loved for a long time.

I have read about Korea's history about the miracle of the Han River and the Hallyu wave. In the 1960s, Korea was one of the poorest countries in Asia. Exactly 20 years in 1988, Korea with an economy based on national pride, discipline and morality of the entire society has achieved miracles. The Korean economy has changed dramatically. Cars, motorcycles, textiles, dyeing, chemicals, shipbuilding, electronics, confectionery... what Japan has, thisside has it, even though the population is only 1/3. From a people"applying for jobs", that is, foreign businesses come to set up factories and hire Korean workers.

The Korean economy began to have a shortage of labor and became a"worker" nation, ie building factories abroad, and millions of Chinese, Thai, and Filipinos stood in line to ask for Korean bosses give them jobs. Koreans have succeeded in becoming a nation that goes for other people. Hallyu is a term that originated with journalists in China. Literally, translated it means Korean wave. This term is used to describe the extraordinary development of Korean culture.

In addition, there are alsoaspects of popular culture including: music, comics, movies, dramas, online games, and food. Since the beginning of the 21st century, Korea has emerged as a major exporter of culture and tourism. The strong development of Korean pop-music has contributed an important part to the economic development of the country. I admire your country very much. My daily life is also filled with interesting things related to Korea from music, movies, comics, food, clothes, hairstyles. I am very thankful and really want to come to your country.

Through the course I learned more about Korean agriculture. Agriculture is also very developed as other professions and very interesting. In this short course I have learned a lot of new and useful things more than I imagined. If you can learn it directly, it's even better.

My favorite is [Policy Lecture 8] Smart Agricultural Policy in Korea. This lecture is very useful to solve many problems of rural labor, less and less healthy young people move to the city to work. In rural areas, onlythe elderly and young children apply smart agriculture to make fresh plants and fertilizers simpler. The sale of closing orders online is also easier in the  context of the corona epidemic that does not know when to stop. Smart agricultural application is the lifeline for farmers.

In my work thanks to this smart agricultural policy application, I also make a small contribution to a book on organic farming. In addition, I can also advise on drip irrigation system, fertilize through the irrigation system, enter data on plants andanimals into the computer and can calculate and remind about care and medicine and date of harvest. Contact buyers via computer, phone no need to come see. Application of machines to replace labor shortage in rural areas. It is true that education is better and best of all, it can be applied to counseling.

I would like to thank once again KAPEX with all sincerity for giving me an opportunity to participate in the KAPEX Online Academy Training Program 2021. If I could say one word to describe KAPEX to my classmates, I would use the phrase "Dedicated, whole heartedly for students". Being able to study this course is like a gift, hope you will study hard. I hope I get to take another course again even though the last one is a big, good thing for me.

    Thank you for everything.
