The main purposes of this study are to investigate facts and clauses of regional and class divides in the rural areas. The income divide between the regions has been increasing since the early 1980s. The regional divide was estimated in term of variation of GRDP. The estimation results told us that more favored region got the more rapid growth. So it is almost impossible to insist the trickle-down effects by investing resources on the more favorable regions and sectors.
Regions could be classified according to variations of GRDP, population and economic activities. All of regional economic promotion policy programs should be adjusted to their stereotypes. For the community business project, it is recommended to take a care of regions which have less population and less economic activities preferentially.
