Purpose of Research
○ The purpose of this study is to first look at the main contents and status of intellectual property rights in the agriculture and rural areas, what the effects are, and what is needed to strengthen intellectual property rights.
Research Method
○ Understand the concept and meaning of intellectual property rights through literature, laws, government data, etc.
○ Identify the status and actual status of intellectual property rights in the agriculture and rural areas through statistical data such as the status of intellectual property rights surveyed by the National Statistical Office.
