[Vietnam] Vietnam Agriculture Overview

In the second quarter of 2013, Vietnam's primary industrial GDP accounts for about 18.2% of the country's total GDP. Vietnam's main export items are rice and coffee, and the agricultural output accounts for 85% of Vietnam's agricultural, forestry and fisheries production. The four major crops in Vietnam are rice, coffee, tea, and peanuts. Rice is a major crop that accounts for 50% of the total agricultural output. In this paper, we briefly reviewed the agricultural situation in Vietnam and presented the strategy for entering Vietnam 's agricultural development.
