[The Philippines] Additional tariffs on rice and Implications in the Philippines

In recent years, Geneva- World Trade Organization (WTO) has been discussing the waiver negotiations for the third tranche of rice tariffs in the Philippines as one of the agricultural issues. In particular, Korea is expected to terminate rice tariffs postponement at the end of 2014. In this paper, this examined the implications of the Philippine customs deferral on rice tariffs facing Korea.
