The objective of this study is to propose a development method and a
political theme of environmental silvipolis as a new alternative to
mountain-village development.
or mountain village to be environment-friendly area which is surrounded by
clean water, fresh air, and thick forest, the development of sivipolis in a way
that people are harmonized with forest is based on the followings; 1) fixing a
policy direction of that gradually with a changing trend of society, 2)
improving legal and executive support system including a legislation of the law
of silvipolis development, 3) setting up the guideline of the policy and
introducing an incentive scheme at the action plan, and 4) identifying the main
body and the method of silvipolis development.
