Abstract
The objective of this study is to
analyze the current state of the village around the city in relations to the
village maintenance law and the realities for the village maintained

main role of the village maintenance law is as follows. The farmland is divided
for developing to use the urban usage and maintaining the farmland to designate
the productive green region.
2) The village district plan aimed to preserve
a traditional country scenery and premeditate land use in Japan. The village
spectacle has been greatly changed on the farm village around the city by
urbanization in Korea. Therefore, the administration and the local populace try
to maintain such a spectacle.
