Background and Purpose
○This study is the first year’s research on the green economy revitalization plan in the agricultural and forestry sector. First, let’s look at the definition, key concept, and necessity of the green economy in the agricultural and forestry sector. Next, we derive practical plans to revitalize green technology, which is known as a key concept in the green economy. The specific purpose of study for the Green Technology Utilization Revitalization Plan is as follows:

○First, systematically evaluate policies and projects related to the green economy in the agricultural and forestry sector. Second, analyze the Marginal Abatement Cost to use green technology, and empirically investigate the economic and environmental effects. Furthermore, explore issues related to inequality in the use of green technology. Third, based on the farmer survey, analyze in-depth factors that hinder the activation of green technology use. Fourth, use AHP analysis by experts to prioritize policy. Fifth, derive activation plans for the use of green technology, based on policy and project evaluation, empirical research, and hindrance factor analysis.

Research Methodology
○This study applied the marginal reduction cost analysis methodology to analyze the economic feasibility of green technology, used the cohort and optimization models to analyze the carbon absorption effect in the forest sector, and explored the economic and environmental ripple effects based on the environmental input-output tables. We surveyed farmers to examine their perceptions of the green economy and green technology perceptions.

○Based on the survey data of farmers, we used the Probit model and the Seemingly Unrelated Bivariate Probit (SUBP) model to analyze factors that enhance the use of green technology and improve the inequality of application of greenhouse gas reduction technologies. In addition, to set priorities for reduction technologies and policies for experts, we conducted an AHP survey, adjusted the surveyed opinions by using the Delphi method.
