The Korea Rural Economic Institute (KREI) on November 28 held a policy research conference on “Future Rural Spatial Planning and Life Quality Improvement” with the Rural Development Administration (RDA) at KREI. 

Professor Son Yonghun at Seoul National University’s Graduate School of Environmental Studies gave a special lecture entitled “The Principles of Future Rural Spatial Planning for Livable Rural Areas,” followed by KREI’s and RDA’s presentations on rural life quality. 

After the presentations, the two institutions’ experts shared opinions on rural spatial planning and the quality of rural life and agreed to closely cooperate regarding the issues.
