TheKorea Rural Economic Institute (KREI) announced that it donated 5 million wonfor flood restoration to the Hope Bridge Korea Disaster Relief Association on July28. The donation was made through the KREI staff’s voluntary collection.

KREIPresident Han Doobong said, “I offer words of consolation to the people whohave suffered from sudden localized heavy rains, including farmers,” and alsosaid, “I hope that the donations that KREI’s executives and employees collectedwith one accord will contribute to recovering from the flood damage, howeversmall.”
